Pension

Gemfire provides a Group Personal Pension Scheme for those employees who wish to join. Gemfire contributions are at a rate of 3% of basic annual salary and individual’s contributions can vary.

Life Assurance

All permanent employees benefit from being a member of the Company’s Life Assurance Scheme from the first day of their employment. In the event of a claim, four times the employee’s annual basic salary is awarded, free of tax.

Holidays

Gemfire offers all qualified UK employees 22 annual holidays per annum plus 8 statutory holidays.

Company Sick Pay
